Bowen House
Central Wellington
Providing all carpentry, interior fit out, interior plastering and interior painting for renovation of this 22-floor high-rise office building. Our work on this seismic strengthening and upgrade project is throughout 2022 and 2024 and under main contractor LT McGinness the main contractor. Bowen House is home to Members of Parliament and parliamentary support staff.

Kainga Ora
Lower Hutt
R & F Construction has turned over three hundred properties on the Kainga Ora projects. This Kainga Ora Retrofit Programme is part of the Government’s healthy homes project to upgrade community houses to new build standards.
Our quality work in the early stages of this project resulted in R & F Construction being awarded the carpentry, gib fixing / installation, interior plastering and interior and exterior painting work for a large quantity of homes being completed in Lower hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua and Wellington.
This work involves demolition and rebuilding of walls, alterations, interior plastering, interior painting and exterior painting. We also renovate bathrooms and kitchens, convert homes to an open plan living layout, and alterations to make the home more accessible.
The job is particularly satisfying for our team as we enjoy giving to the community and using our skills to improve the local community.
Stadium Gardens apartments
Pipitea
Brosnan Construction has contracted R & F Construction to repair, prepare and paint the exterior cladding of this six-level apartment block in central Wellington. We have also conducted interior plastering and interior painting withing this block. We had our interior plasterers and painters team working on the project for 18 months providing their expert services. Please have a look at this project next time you are walking to the Sky Stadium in Wellington.
