We are a member of SiteWise which means our health and safety policy and practices are pre-qualified in the SiteWise system where main contractors can see our rating.
Being on SiteWise means we monitor our health and safety system performance, receive feedback from professional health and safety assessors and are continually improving our health and safety performance.
We supply our SiteWise health and safety document in the tendering process. This includes site specific safety plans, insurances details, accident/incident reporting and investigation, hazard management, training, employee and subcontractor engagement, and health monitoring and performance.
We are a member of Site Safe, giving us access to the latest health and safety information.

We aim to eliminate all work-related injuries and illnesses and provide all reasonable resources to achieve this, and we have systems in place to ensure that all work structures, plant and equipment are safely designed maintained and managed.
R & F Construction assesses our health and safety compliance requirements and commitments before entering any new sites or activities. We also have a continuous improvement policy involving regular review and improvements of safety procedures and systems of work.
